In case you are not 100% satisfied with your portrait I will refund the money (minus the deposit) in full.

Being an artist also means being a perfectionist. I always try to create the highest quality work, but, in case of portraits, the quality of my work is directly tied to the quality of the photographs I'm working with. Keeping that in mind please choose photos that are large, preferably created in natural light without the use of flash and make sure they are clear. If you do not have a suitable photograph and live within a reasonable distance from my residence, I am available for a photo consultation at additional charge.
Here is what you'll get:
The
picture comes on acid-free, highest quality, smooth Bristol paper
It
will be sprayed with smudge-protecting agent and packaged in a protective
envelope to keep it from getting damaged in the mail. It should be framed as soon
as possible to avoid possible damage.
Your portrait will be ready in six to eight weeks plus traveling time (in mail) but I reserve the right to extend that time if I'm experiencing a large number of orders.
You'll
get your photographs back, unmarked.
The portraits are unmatted and unframed. If you would like to have your picture matted, please let me know beforehand and I'll be happy to do that for a small fee.
| Disclaimer: I cannot accept any responsibility for damage or loss incurred due to mailing the photograph or finished picture. Please make sure you send me a duplicate photo so if it gets lost, you will have another copy. When sending out the finished portrait, I always insure it for no less than the amount you paid for it. I also reserve the right to decline any order if I find the subject inappropriate or find the picture too poor in quality. At any time if the workload gets the better of me, I reserve the right to extend the time period in which you will get the finished portrait. |
